Being ripped off by data budle options

When I dial *110# I cannot buy data bundles of 200 MB or 512 MB (it says that the selection is invalid). It allowed me to buy only a 100 MB bundle last night which ran out rapidly and because I did not want to incur the enormous charges resulting from the "normal" data costs, I tried to buy more data today. Again, I could not get the bundle I wanted and tried a 1.5 GB bundle purchase and that one went through. I won't even need that much data and will lose much of the bundle. Funny how I cannot buy either of the bundles which make economic sense but I can buy too little data for too much or too much data and forfeit most of it (and the money I spent on it) at the end of the month. Those are my only options unless I want my account drained by the normal, exorbitant rates for data usage.
