13 Jan and still no Credit Card

My current credit card expired on the 31st of December 2013. I got a letter dated the 18th of December to say my new card would be sent to me shortly by Secure Mail. Today is the 13th of January and I still do not have a card.
My local branch assisted me in phoning the Credit Card division and after 20 minutes on the phone, they still couldn't tell me where my card is.
I'm disgusted in the level of service from Absa - I guess I'll still be charged a service fee for a card I don't have.
