In February 2012 I upgraded my contract. They gave me the blackberry 9300. A few days later I took the phone back because the scroller button was broken. They told me that there is a problem with that model, the hardware is broken and that model has been discontinued. Then they told me that they can't lend me a phone so I had to borrow one. Then they said they can't give me a new one because they have to fix that one. A few months later I got a call and my new phone arrived. Yet again a 9300! The discontinued model!! That night the scroller button was broken AGAIN! I gave it back again. With the second time the girl from autopage sent an email asking why you keep giving me a phone that you know is broken? And that you must give me a different model of the same value. Another couple of months passed by and I got the call to come and fetch my phone. AGAIN the 9300 arrived!!! And again that night it broke!!! The scroller button is totally broken! So I am sitting with the broken phone now and can only get a loan phone 25/01 where I will hand in my phone again 11 months after I upgraded. Therefore in I have been paying a year for something I don't even have. Fix or I leave for CELLC without cancelfee
