I had purchased an account from afrihost that would take over my Telkom line. After paying I was told that they would start work on this.
I was then sent an SMS stating "please verify your telkom number" I then emailed a invoice to Afrihost verifying the telkom number that same evening.
No response, so I emailed Accounts and support, still no response. It has now been 6 days including the weekend and still nothing, I am completely in the dark as to what is happening.
And I'm paying for this?? Unacceptable!
