Afrihost's uncapped bundle prices for 2mb were reduced in November from R497 to R397 and that's the way it is advertised as wel...
After I emailed them and asked them about it, Baldwin replied and said the following:

"Please accept our apologies for the amount reflected on your latest invoice. This seems to have been caused by a system error which we are busy resolving.
I have instructed our Accounts Department to go ahead and credit your account with an amount of R100. This should be done by Friday."

On the 31st Leocadia emailed me and said they were unable to process the credit note because it was too late in the month to amend the billing but it will reflect next month. Which is fair.

BUT, then I sent them an email a week ago just to remind them because I was afraid there's going to be another excuse and
this was Themba's reply:

"you are being charged the the old bundle price, please note the new prices as advertised on our website haven't taken effect yet because telkom is still busy with the line upgrades once telkom completes the line upgrades the new prices will take effect" WHAT BS?! Telkom's 2mb line upgrades were done a month ago and 4mb 2months ago!!?
