So i emailed Afrihost because i got my Invoice for December and im still paying R697 yet on their website it states the new price for a 4 mbps bundle is R597 and then someone replied to my email with the following

"Good Morning Harold

I trust you are well:)

Thank you for your email.

Please be advised that the prices on our website are still being implemented and they have not taken effect as yet.

These changes will take effect in January 2014 and all our client will be notified of these changes.

Therefore this is the reason that you have been billed on the old package as the special has not taken effect.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if we may be of further assistance.

Then i responded with
"Please send me a link to your website where it states that, because if i were to sign up for a new bundle i would be paying R597"

Now its been 3 days later and i got no response
