No Satisfaction after 4th Handset faulty

When handing the 4th faulty handset to Vanessa I advised that I did not want this blackberry 9810 handset back. I wished to be refunded for the handset. She advised "they" would not consider changing it. When asked who "they" were or anyone's name who could make this kind of decision she was unable to give a name and told me to go through Customer Care. I have gone the Customer Care route already with no results. I believe the contract should be discontinued due to the breach by Autopage. I have paid for a hand set which I have had very little use of and will have to purchase another more reliable the the 4 blackberrys through Autopage..
