On 28 Oct, i received call from a lady from telkom mobile, she told me that my 8ta contract service of 10 gig promo of R199 which i have been using for the past 20 months will be upgraded to 10 10 as the previous promo was no more I gladly accepted.
I was surprised to received my bill and see the charges of R299.00 and Sim activation fee of R237 .on my old Sim that i ve been using from almost 2years which i ve paid for at the initial stage of my contract. as there was No new Sim card that was delivered to me. - This s pathetic
Why are you charging me R299 instead of R199 you promised old contract customers with Sim activation fees and other hidden fees. This is deceitful and total rip off.
