I have had this Vodacom SIM card for about 14 years, I use it now days more for data, I need a sim swap to a nano sim for the iPad mini, I went into the JNB airport store, what a great advert for South Africa a woman working for Vodacom with a right bad attitude, no good afternoon or can I help you, just what do you want, when I explained what I needed al she said give me last 5 numbers dial, I said I can give you 2 numbers last dialed and my ID, as I use this mainly for data, I said here is the SIM card in the phone and called up the number on the phone (this had to be giving to her 5 times), she answer can't help you simple and I ask Vodacon with these type of people working for you who are rude and arrogant and you want to keep customers
