I requested to cancel my contract and Nashua Mobile agreed to match the deal of the competitor I wanted to join. The company did not respond promptly to my email and I decided to call them. i spoke to Mmathapelo who requested the competitor deal details. The competitor's deal included a car phone charger which Mathapelo agreed they would also supply. The courier did not deliver the charger and I e-mailed Mathapelo on the 28.12.2013 requesting the car charger. She still has not responded. Mar-Louise requested competitor deal details a couple of days after the deal was approved by Mmathapelo which meant there was probably no system of tracking customer queries and feedback. I just wish they could just keep their promises and stop trying to retain customers they can't service.
