Ought a nokia lumia520 on the 1 Dec 2013 .on the 17th December the on button stopped working. Took it in to CELL C CAVENDISH BRANCH. i was told it cannot be replaced after 7 days.(this i do understand), Cell c are not allowed to give courtesy handset .it will take 22 WORKING DAYS! to be repaired. I am a volunteer for Reach for recovery breast cancer care Cape Peninsula and hospitals, doctors, patients and volunteers NEED AND DEPEND to get in touch with me. For this reason it is vital important to be contactable. Surely CELL C could have accommodated me with even an old model handset just to receive calls?
