Dont listen to customers and bad attitude

I bought a a phone for my fiancee at the vodacom4u shop in jeffreysbay as a christmas gift. my fiancee dropped the phone, and the screen was crackted, i told him to take it to the nearest vodacom shop and askted him to put my email so i can forward it to my insurance. i got the qoute and i emailed the women back and said im just waiting for approval from my insurance, we need to get this fixed but i need the go ahead 1st. so my fiancee, gets an sms his phone is fixed and he goes to the vodacom, the women doesnt greet him she just ask him "van" no hello no smile no nothing, he gets his phone back not fixed and he had to pay an amount. never have vodacom ever charged for a qoutation, and i told her to wait, he had to drive almost a 100 kms and know he still has no phone. this is disgusting, especialy as my fiancee works from 6 the morning till late at night. And all the petrol and the amount he needed to pay? he wants a refund and either a discount to get it fixed or his money back for petrol. i phoned the repair centre and i spoke to la lady and explained the situatian, she said she will get back to me, days later no caal back, i got 6 contrackts with vodacom
