On March 12 2013 I took my Blackberry to Vodacom and asked if they could repair it for me. ( Job No: 8770692)
After 2 Months of waiting I went back to Vodacom to ask how far they were with my phone - they told me it had been fixed but that it had been delivered to the wrong branch. 2 weeks later I got a call that informed me that my phone was at the shop and that I could come and collect it. They day after Vodacom got robbed and my phone was. They then told me that I would have to wait for their Ops Manager to sort out the insurance claim on the goods and that I will get my phone back. I have been waiting now for 6 months and everytime I go to Vodacom Im being told that they are having a meeting in Jo'burg and that they are busy sorting it out. In total I have been waiting for almost 8 months now and Im getting sick and tired of the same excuses and waiting.
