INCOMPETENT AND ARROGANT

I am a doctor and have moved house. I applied for a transfer of my existing service during November 2012 only to be told that they had no line available. I have an existing service and am moving 2 streets away from my old residence. I cannot practice without my Telkom line and cannot rent out my old house until they move the line. I have an existing service and am in the same area so how is there no line available??? i already have a line - I am not asking for a new one. They told me they would move the line on 3 February 2013 but today they have again moved this date to end March 2013. I explained my problem with my practice and they basically told my its not their problem!!! 1
