Hello,
I have a 10 gig R199 per month contract and I bought this for one reason so I can upgrade my Video Editing software when needed. Today I need to download a 770 mb file will take "longer than 12 hours" this is useless. Since I have moved to Cape Town it is super slow.
I have called the call centre and was told it is slow because of the amount of people on line very weak excuse
if 8ta cannot get this to work properly then please allow me to cancel the contract so I can go to another supplier.
