I took my Samsung Galaxy S2 in for a software format. When the phone was returned to me it had Vodacom software on it with a Vodacom start up screen and wallpapers on it. I immediately returned it to the MTN store in Kloof and queried this. They phoned who could not give them an answer. I was also told that someone probably took the phone home and did the software format at home. Why would my phone be leaving the MTN premises?? They advised me that they would get back to me. I never received any feedback. I eventually went back and when I queried the issue I was still not given an explanation of why I had Vodacom software loaded on my phone. They suggested the phone be sent in again to be reformatted. This was duly done and to date I have heard nothing. I have emailed customer service and they replied that they would query it with the Kloof branch and get back to me. This was 8 days ago. Well I am still waiting. Seeing as the problem was from their side they could have offered a temporary phone because I have been without one for some time now. Unacceptable service and where is my phone???
