Same experience as another post with Telkom. Had no ADSL Internet connectivity since 15/11/2013. Escalated 24/11/2013. Went to store in Centurion to try to cancel, cannot. They put you through via phone to cancellations department that gives you email address [Email Removed] Email them twice, get automated reply but no follow up, no credit. Get new bill now showing arrears 27/12/2013. Call Accounts, as other respondent, get put through to so say Cancellations Department - no reply whatsoever. WHAT IS LEGAL RECOURSE. TELKOM SHOULD BE SUED!!
