I only had trouble with Telkom since the day I signed up. Now, I'm trying to cancel my ADSL account to enable me to move to another ISP. However, there is no service Cancellation department at Telkom. You can phone as much as you want, there will be no answer. Did it twice for 4 hours. 5 times after that I tried to phone accounts department. They answer quickly, however, they only put you through to the non existent cancellation department. I hate Telkom! And don't try to go to a Telkom store to cancel, oh no, they are not allowed to cancel. Basically Telkom F's you by easily allowing you to signup, however, you can't ever stop it. If you are thinking of joining Telkom, by all means, DON'T!!! I warn you!! Rather use 3G Data bundles!
