I am trying to cancel my telkom landline as well as DSL line. Every time I phone, I spend at least 15min on the phone waiting for sometime to pick up in the Cancellations Department. I requested an email address and apparently there isn't one. How on earth is that even possible. I am sick and tired of spending so much time doing this. Telkom make it so easy to sign up, but as soon as you try cancel it, it is impossible. I want this cancelled immediately.
