With reference to my 'HelloPeter' complaint that I lodged on 19 December 2013 which was headed 'SAMSUNG S4 SENT IN FOR REPAIRS FOR THE 4TH TIME', I still have not received my phone back. I tried to call the call centre 0821944 a number of times and is always disconnected. I am furious, I have advised everyone at Vodacom that I am supposed to have contact with my clients and to date nothing. All I get is a generic reply on the hellopeter web site, a follow up email that says nothing and no response to any of the follow up emails I sent. Can I please get help please.
