I have 7 phones on contract with MTN, and went to century city service centre and took out 2 new contracts. Was told phones would activate in 24hrs max. One phone activated, other not. Problem, not RICA'ed! So phoned contact centre and after long wait and explanation was put through to RICA dept, sent sms and told "all fixed". Phone worked for a day, then cut off... Same story. Phoned again, and process repeated. It is now more than a week later and still same and not resolved. Service is poor to say the least, can not speak to anyone senior and call centre staff are very poorly trained. I am at wits end and hope someone senior and with a bit of care for their customers from MTN call me... They do not respond to emails, left messages and the call centre is a dead end! Help! MTN does not give a for customers once they have you hooked and tied onto contracts...
