I received my Wife's new iPhone 5 via the courier and phoned to get the sim activated. After hearing that the sim was not RICA and it will take 24 Hour's. After the 24 Hours, still no service. I phoned back and was told to switch the phone on in an hour. Still no service. I phoned again and was again informed that the sim needs to be Rica. I were told to switch both phones off and wait until the next morning. Guess what, still no service. I had to phone again and again was told the sim is not RICA! As this was an upgrade and all the documents was handed to the courier, I can not understand this. No one wants to assist. No one takes responsibility. Wish I just cancelled the contract.
