C-Advance Service no longer works

On the 7th of December, 2013, I borrowed airtime using C-Advance and it was fully paid by the 25th. I got an sms confirming that I had paid the required amount and that I could use the service again. I tried to, but I got a message telling me that I don't qualify! How can I go from qualifying to not qualifying in less than a month? I called customer care but they couldn't help me. I was told that the C-Advance service is experiencing some problems. If so, how long is it gonna take to fix this?
