I have had my name on your iphone 5 waiting list (La Lucia store) for over a month now along with many others I presume. Everything I go in to check whether they have stock I am met with the same response, " We dont know! " You are offering a product which you cannot provide and that is false advertising. I can understanding you didn't expect the demand for your iphone contracts to be this popular but to take this long to sort out the issue is unprofessional and unacceptable. Both Vodacom, Mtn and H8ta have ample stock. I would prefer to go with Cell C as you do have the best deal and rates but I cannot afford to wait for an undetermined amount of time to receive a phone. No one who works in your store seems to know which Cell C branch in Durban has stock and I cannot afford to wait much longer before I move onto another network that can provide me with the product it promises.
