I was referred to the MTN direct website as they had a deal on the iPhone 4S which I intended to purchase. Unfortunately absolutely all of the iPhone 4's were listed as being out of stock. I phoned 2 MTN branches to enquire about the special and was told by both that the special is only for online purchases. This is absolutely ridiculous. Surely I should be able to get this special at an MTN branch as well. I then called the MTN Direct number againa and asked when they expect more stock of the phones and was told they would more than likely not receive any more stock. This is poor form from MTN and as a contract subscriber I'll be seriously considering migrating to another service provider based on this.
