I would like to compliment MTN for the superb service I have had since the inception of my account. I came to MTN early on a weekend and even though the shop was crowded and the lines long, the people behind the counter was behaving professionally and with an 'even' posture, ensuring that the people in line was kept calm. I just got the sense that the people knew what they were doing.
After this initial process, I got my contract in 2 days. Again the services was fast and the people behind the counter (a second bunch of guys!) were helpful and friendly, even though the lines were long again. One does not mind waiting if you know the service will be good!
On a third encounter I had trouble configuring my table to use LTE, but a phonecall to the Call Centre (something I usually regret have to do as people never really quite understand your queries), and the I was put through to a technical guy that helped me set up the device, change the settings on my account (something that is not even his department's job!) and get me up and using LTE in 15mins!
Well done MTN. Well done!
