Not enough staff working

On Saturday a group of us went to watch a movie. It was the last show at Menlyn. The line took very long and we got to the movie late because there was only one staff member working at the tickets counter. There were at least 8 sitting in the corner doing nothing. Myself and a few other people in line actually took pictures of the large group of staff just sitting in the corner doing nothing while the line was growing. If you send me an email I will gladly send it to you. I cannot imagine why they just stood there and watched, some on their cellphones ignoring the line.
All was not entirely bad. As we went to purchase drinks and popcorn one of the lady's working behind the counter namely Jessica gave us excellent and friendly service. She was at the very next counter after the food counter by the tickets, just before you hand in your tickets to go to the show. Her counter was closed and she was about to cash up, and you could see she was tired, but she helped us anyway. She was friendly even though the group I was with took long to place their order. If it wasnt for her I would have nothing good to say about the service at Menlyn.
