So every time i come to telkom I encounter the same problem. There is always only one person working at the "home" counter where the line consists of 5 most of the time. The other queues "business" and "on-the-go" always has two people ready to help with almost no customers in their lines. Can you maybe just employ someone in the shop to actually work behind the other counter instead of having two people do nothing behind the others
