I am a Tax Practitioner, few of my clients received queries that needs them to go to SARS, one client of mine went to Randfontein and waited for 3 hours to be helped, then she was chased away, without being helped, she was so angry, then I adviced her to go to Roodepoort SARS, she said the lines were long, but people there were very helpful, on Monday I went there myself to go and register a company, when I got there I thought I was going to wait for the whole day, everyone of the staff was helping us, including the Branch Manager - Agnes Mokgatlhe. The lines were going so fast. And after waiting, they give you a number to go according to the speciality of your query. I hate going to SARS, but Roodepoort is the best. Keep up the good job. It is Tax Season, but Roodepoort is there to help us as Taxpayers.
