I'm very disappointed with the service received from Vodacom Wonderpark Pretoria. My mom took up a contract with vodacom and on the form she ticked the column for insurance. now that the phone has been she gets told that she has not been paying insurance. initially she was told to get an affidavit from the police station, after doing all the run around and completing claim forms and being to the shop more that 3 times, using her petrol money she gets told that she need to pay for the phone.
that is totally unacceptable and if vodacom thinks that they can treat people like this, then they have something coming. the service we received is despicable. how can a company this big try to an elderly woman, or was the guys helping her under the impression that we will not take this further.
my mom has been taken for a ride and i will not have that. i then spoke to the manager of JHB and was given numbers of the PTA manager that is not working. honestly for a company as big as vodacom this is despicable.
someone has to call me asap or i will take this matter up to the consumer law.
