Bad Service and refusal to assist

My Sim card of my phone stopped working and I then phoned Cell C to ask if I need to go to a store or if I can assist me via the phone after I purchase a Sim Card at the local shop, they told me that they can do it via the phone. After purchasing the sim card I called them back and from the word start the lady had a very bad attitude, from there on I was transfured to the team leader and It got worst, they refused to help me even after I gave them all the information they needed. I am very disappointed in this type of service
