I applied for the iPhone 5s on the 20th of November, once approval was received i was told that there was no stock available. I had to make regular follow ups to determine if stock was available.
I was told on Friday the 20th of December that stock was available at Northgate. I got to the Northgate store and was told that i could come back as the phone would be ready for collection in the afternoon. When i got back to the store, the phone was not ready and i was not told what was going on while i waiting for another half an hour. i was told on Monday 23 December that i would get a call back regarding the staus and to date i have not recieved feedback.
I am quiet irate with having to constantly following up with MTN. I have not received feedback, neither have i received any information regarding when i can expect to take receipt of the phone.
At this point i would rather go with another service provider and cancel the application entirely than continuing with this unacceptable service.
