I contacted Cell C on the 19 December 2013 regarding changing the package. I was told Ill be called in 24 - 48 hours of the request being logged. I received a message on the 22 December informing me I had missed calls from Cell C. The problem is the phone never rang. I called them back on the 22 December and was informed that another email will be send to the contract department. Until now I have had no contact with anyone from this department. The service is absolutely disgusting and completely unsatisfying. I feel like cancelling this contract!!!
