I obtained a Blackberry Q5 from Vodacom in September 2013. The phone was problematic and was sent in from Pietermaritzburg for repair. It is now December and I still dont have a proper working phone. In this period the phone travelled to JHB, for repair (advanced repair), and was exchanged TWICE. It seems that the advance repair centre is exchanging handsets with other problematic handsets. The second phone has the exact same problem, which is: IT DOES NOT CHARGE FULLY AND A GREEN LIGHT FLASHES ALL THE TIME.
