Went to buy a new Nokia lumia on contract, Nathan sold it to me, the fone switched off within 7days and was non-functional, took it back and was told to forwad it to their repairers in Durban and the fone was gone for 3weeks, for 3bloody weeks i didnt have a fone but i was paying R300 a month to Vodacom, as if that was not enough, i was told to pay R100 because they needed to replace the sim card holder which was loose on the fone, i did pay though i knew it was the companies fault but i didnt want to cause a scene...
the fone finally came back back it was consuming all my DATA within a minute, it consumed 200MB of data within 1 minute, i couldnt even load airtime on that fone because it would just vanish.. i then decided to take it back to them to check what was wrong with it, they told me they didnt know and advised me to go to Nokia instead to have the fone checked up... all this time i was consulting with their manageress and she kept on brushing me to the side, took my wife's numbers and promised to call me back and she never bothered.. the fone finally surrendered last month and i had to buy a cheap fone and yet i'm expected to pay R300 monthly to Vodacom for nothing...
