Contract upgrade that went wrong

At the end of October I upgraded my contract. On 11 December I realised that there was something wrong, as I got a message that I do not have sufficient funds to make a call. After enquiries at the Newcastle MTN I was told that the new upgrade was wrongly captured as a Topup package. I requested that the information on the upgrade to be rectified as I need my phone. I was very upset and the lady who assisted me told me that anybody is just human and can make a mistake! She then "escalated" my problem to be rectified. After 2 days I received a message that my contract was successfully migrated to an open account. Then another problem started! The BIS on my phone was cancelled!!! this was included with my upgrade. Again I reported the problem, still waiting for feedback and activation of BIS. I will not pay for any migration fees, because it was wrongly captured, and it is very inconvenient for me not be able to use my BBM, Facebook, and receive emails on my phone. I hope that this problem can be solved soon. I can just mention that Adelaide from MTN Newcastle is assisting me, but it seems the delay in rectifying the problem is elsewhere. Thank you
