I recently upgraded my contract in June 2013 and received a Blackberry 9360. I had been having numerous problems with the phone but eventually had to book it in for repairs as it refused to switch on. A few weeks later i received a call to let me know that the phone was back and i could collect.
When i got there i noticed that it stated "replaced" on the sheet. Upon investigating further they advised that they have replaced my phone with a refurbished one. I refused to accept it as my phone was not even 6 months old and they were giving me a second hand phone.
The manager had promised to get someone to call with with regards to my complaint but never did, i had to be the one doing all the follow ups until i said i was going to go into the branch and make a scene.
Then to my surprise a few minutes later the phone rings, Operations Manager Sivy, who was'nt so helpful at all. All he said is that i got no other choice but to take that phone and he is closing that call. Futher to that he mentioned that he is in line with Consumer Protection Act.
I am really disgusted with the service i received and to know that i am not a valued customer after all these years of delaing with them
