I bought a blackberry bold 9900 I only had it for 7months the phone was still in a very good condition. It then froze and didn't want to switch back on. I then returned it back to mtn they took it in for repairs it returned a few days later not fixed and I was told that the warranty doesn't cover the damage that was done on the phone. And in all honesty I didn't do anything to the phone it just merely died on me. Another thing that bothers me is that I am still paying for this phone and will be doing so for the next year for something that isn't working. I am not impressed, and the fact that the warranty doesn't cover a phone that randomly switches off and won't switch back on is utter nonsense.
