I WOULD LIKE TO FURTHER ESCALATE THIS MATTER AS NO ONE AT VODACOM CAN UNDERSTAND MY FRUSTRATIONS AND ABLE TO ASSIST. MY PHONE A FAULT. 1ST IT WAS A NETWORK PROBLEM, WHEN MY PHONE CAME BACK, 2DAYS LATER IT HAD ANOTHER PROBLEM, WHEN THE PHONE RINGS IT SWITCHES OFF AND GIVES ME ERRORS (RELOAD SOFTWARE). I TOOK IT BACK INN FOR THE 2ND TIME, AFTER IT HAD RETURNED, IT GAVE ANOTHER ERROR 'RELOAD SOFTWARE'. I HAVE BEEN HAVING THIS PROBLEM SINCE APRIL 2013 AND TO DATE I AM STRUGGLING WITH VODACOM. I HAVE BEEN REFERING THIS PROBLEM TO LAKESIDE MALL VODACARE AND ALL I GET IS ATTITUDE AND I AM TOLD THAT IT COULD BE FIXED. HONESTLY, I DO FEEL THAT THIS IS A FACTORY FAULT WHICH VODACOM IS UNABLE TO RECTIFY. THE CONTRACT SHOULD BE CANCELLED AND I SHOULD HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY OF MOVING THE BUSINESS ELSEWHERE BASED ON THE SERVICE. IT HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT AN INCONVENIENCE TO RUN TO AND FRO TO VODACARE FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. ABOVE IS THE JOB NUMBERS TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE NUMEROUS REQUESTS TO FIX THE PROBLEM.
