Overcharged on account

I signed up for the Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini on RBM 200 on 30/08/2013. The deal as per the brochure states R199pm.

However, my invoice indicates R249 for the month of September and this was debited from my account. This is clearly contradictory to the statement in the brochure which says R199. I queried this and was assured that I would be refunded and that the problem would be addressed before the next billing period.

The October invoice also showed R249, which was debited from my account. I logged a complaint on Hello Peter and was told the matter was being addressed. However, my invoice for November also shows R249 instead of R199 as advertised!!

I have yet to receive a refund for the amount overcharged, which is now R150.
