CELL C NIGHTMARE

On the 25th November 2013 i called Cell C to query my balance. I was told that i have a Balance of R412.00. I paid R415.00 on the 26th. Its the 9thDecember 2013 and my line has been suspended for 3 days for reason i do not know about. I even sent the proof of payment through to the accounts department. On the 9th December my son call into Cell C and they said to him that i have a balance of R690.00. I have no idea where that figure came from. I requested a detailed statement twice and i have not received it as yet.

Its a nightmare dealing with Cell C and i would never recommend them to anyone.

SAVING R50 ON THEIR CONTRACTS IS NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE.
