I have a serious problem with vodacom, Its the second time this is happening..Last month I got over charged for my insurance..I was told that I will get a credit because I got over charged (this was in Nov)..Now its Dec I get my invoice and I see I ddnt receive any credit, and they still debiting the wrong package amount for my insurance. And I got over charged again... This is a plain day light ..It all started in the shop when the agent never activitated my insurance on the same day I got my phone..And gave me the wrong package
