I accepted a deal from Nxatel which promised to cut my current Telkom bill by as much as R200 per month. (I currently pay about R650 per month. I paid the upfront fee but it took 3 weeks for them to deliver. When they did the system never worked. Their technicians were not trained and although I specified that I needed an answering service, i was told that the system didn't support that. Endless phone calls and emails go unattended to. Whatever you do don't be fooled like I was by a call from your "local telephone exchange". I have never been refunded for a double deduction from my account and the service has NEVER worked.
