I have been a loyal customer to MTN for many years but am now considering ending the relationship with them as a result of being incorrectly debited and for being ignored by them.
1. They never get back to me to resolve my complaint despite me making several calls to them.
2. They lack in empathy.
3. They do not value me or my business.
I need my refund urgently and want urgent resolution to my billing challenges else I have no choice but to take this matter further and port my number.
