I HAVE LOGGED A BILLING COMPLAINT WITH CELL C GET IT OVER 2 MONTHS AGO AND THE AGENT AGREED THAT I SHOULD HAVE NOT BEEN BILLED AND THAT I WILL GET A REFUND. WELL AFTER MORE THEN 5 CALLS, STILL NOBODY HAS RETURNED MY CALL TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE, I KEEP GETTING TOLD THAT SOMEONE WILL CALL ME BACK... YA RIGHT.
I AM SO GLADE THAT MY CONTRACT IS EXPIRING THIS YEAR, AFTER MORE THEN 7 YEARS WITH CELL C, I WILL NEVER TAKE OUT ANOTHER CONTRACT WITH CELL C, THEY ARE WORST THEN THE GOVERNMENT. GETTING RICH BY DEBITING CLIENTS ACCOUNT INCORRECTLY AND NOT GIVING A TO CORRECT THE ERROR.
NOT EVEN SURE WHETHER THEY WILL RESPOND TO THIS COMPLAINT AS THEY HAVE NO REGARD FOR THEIR CLIENTS. SOMEONE FROM MTN OR VODACOM CALL ME, AND I WILL TAKE OUT MY NEXT CONTRACT WITH THE FIRST PROVIDER THAT CALLS ME... AFTER MORE THEN 7 LONG AND FRUSTRATING YEARS, GOODBYE CELL C
