Statement and usage bill not sent timeously

My account was debited on Saturday 21/12, I did not get any statement.

on the 23/12 I contacted virgin mobile customer care at 08 o'clock and I was informed that the statement and usage bill will be sent within 30 minutes. I still haven't received it.
