Called the Call Centre 22 Dec at 10H00 requesting Sim Swap (phone upgraded) and was advised both phones to be switched off for 3 Hours. Did that... nothing. Called at 18H30 22 Dec, was then advised it would take 1 to 24hrs to be completed. Waited again... called this morning 09H30 and was told it was never actioned. At about 10h30 the old sim deactivated but no activation of the new sim. It is now 13H40. Please can this be attended to as a matter of urgency as the phone is used for business purposes.
