I have a 4Mbps ADSL line from Telkom. Over the past 9months have issue with line. Speedtest shows 0.07Mbps down and 0.05Mbps up and a 1496ms ping to Midrand (I am in Centurion).
I have tested with 5 different modems from 4 different vendors and with 3 different ISPs even with everything unplugged.
I have logged over 6 call for this and they have come out about 3 time and their fix only lasts a couple of days at best..
I'm sick of Telkom's very, very poor ADSL service and wish they could fix this once and for all.
This classifies as no service and feel they should refund me, which they have done in a previous incident.
