Sim swap cant be activated

On the 7th I bought 2 sim cards at mtn quaga centre I ask the lady to do a sim swap 4 me she told that its gonna cost me R65 but I cal 173 wil be done for free, around 3 I called in with a new sim to make a swap. I was asked several questions b4 the swap cud b done, later on I called in to find out how far were they with the process Tebogo that I spoke to told me that the sim has been swaped to no. that I called in earlier with to, I told him that I didnt knw that I was supposed to do that, he told me he wil reverse the swap n make it to the sim that I was using with him. The next day I called to make a follow up I spoke to Lindile n she request some sim no of which I didnt understand what she was saying, later on I spoke to Marvin n explained that I called in with a wrong sim to make swap coz I didnt knw the process, he told me to give me my alterndtive no.n he escalate my problem to his supervisor, his supervisor Avenish gave me a cal 2day arnd 2 he adviced me to cal 173 with a sim that I wanted to swap to, an hr later I called 173 to make a sim swap I spoke to Kgaugelo n she told me to get a new sim to make a swap coz my sim its now over 24hrs, I told her my story n that I was
