Friday I had R155.03 of airtime and I made only 3 calls. Saturday morning when I checked my account, I now have R1.95. I called the call centre and spoke to Ability and she informed me that I used the airtime browsing the internet. I have data so why was internet charging on my airtime and they failed to answer me. I really feel someone is doing this intentionally as it is not the 1st time nor the 2nd its happening. Every month I have a problem with MTN. Really I am an unhappy customer. I was told they will not credit me back and failed to give me a clear information. I am really tired of MTN, its a pity I am stuck with this 24 month contract with you. I then spoke to the supervisor Senlot Nkiwane asked him how possible it is that every month I have to phone and make an enquiry about my account. I am really disappointed with such terrible service I am getting from this incompetent service provider. If I could port to another service I will without even thinking about it.
